In line with this vision, Company is seeking to onboard sales professional with the following skills and experience.

Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Technical Support Engineer (Fresher) to join our on-site team. This entry-level role is designed for recent graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are eager to develop their technical skills in networking, servers, and storage systems. Adequate training will be provided to ensure your success in this role. Candidates who are available for immediate joining will be given priority.

Responsibilities

• Assist in scheduled upgrades of network devices, servers, and storage systems under the guidance of senior team members.
• Support in conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for incidents, documenting findings, and contributing to system reliability improvements.
• Participate in new or ad-hoc deployments and migrations of servers, networks, and storage systems.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of configurations, upgrades, incident reports, and network/storage layouts.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.

Technical Expertise:

• Basic understanding of networking concepts such as VLANs, subnetting, Layer 2/3 switching, and firewalls.
• Familiarity with server operating systems (Linux/Windows) and storage basics (e.g., SSD, HDD, RAID).
• Strong interest in learning about sensor systems, AI integration, and backend troubleshooting.

Specialized Skills:

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong desire to learn and grow.
• Good communication skills for effective team collaboration and documentation.

Certifications:

 CCNA, HCNA, or any foundational networking courses are a plus but not mandatory.

Additional Skills:

Strong analytical abilities, report generation, and problem-solving to ensure smooth operations.
